nabo CONNECT Mobile Homeowner & Board App

nabo CONNECT is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access community information all in one place. If you already have a login to your association website, you can login to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website.

 

Once logged in, Homeowners will have direct access to the following features:

  • Homeowner Dashboard

  • Access Association Documents

  • Access Association Calendar

  • Access Association Directories

  • Access Contact Us Page

  • Pay Assessments (via echeck or credit card*)

  • Access Violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation

  • Submit ACC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device)

  • Access Homeowner Ledger/History

  • Submit work orders and check on status of their work orders (add comments and take pictures from mobile device)

  • Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned

Online Payments

Customized and Automated work orders for Association Responsible, Owner Responsible, and Shared Expensed Work Orders to route to the Community's preferred Vendors.

Set up by Community, you can see when Amenities are reserved, Moves are scheduled, and when Board and Annual Meetings are set to occur.

Online ACC Requests

Submit your plans for improvements online and Board may review in real-time. Online ACC Forms and/or fees associates are programmed by Community.

Broadcast It

Broadcast Emails to the Entire Community or sign up for Broadcast Texting. Owners may opt-in for either or both, and even sign up to receive eNotices!

Violation Tracking

Track your open and closed violations, and provide comments and updates through the system so we may avoid further communications or escalation.

MISC Fees

The miscellaneous payments module provides homeowners with the ability to pay online for items not listed on their ledger.  Examples of these  can include, key fobs, clubhouse deposits, memberships, etc.
