Our Story
Paul Associates Inc. was started in 1976 in Maryland by Paul. Harold Ward took over as the Majority Stock Holder & Principal. In 2017 Tyler Hawes returned to Paul Associates through an acquisition of his own company, LEVEL Association Management in Maryland. Tyler has worked with various management companies to streamline processes and systems. Since then, Paul Associates has seen much growth through those very same streamlined services with Tyler as the Managing Partner and promoter of change. In 2022, Harold Ward decided to take a step back and consult when needed on communities, and sell the remaining shares under the new name The Nabo Group, LLC, a Maine-based company.
